Great job

They did a great job of diagnosing the problem (Exhaust leak from the factory) getting it fixed and getting me out of there in awesomely quick time. The day I picked up my new truck I noticed it was very loud! Much louder than the identical truck I was trading it. I mad mention of it to the dealership and the service department. After 800 miles I couldn't take the noise anymore. I took it to the service department and they found it to be an exhaust leak from shortcomings on the factory line. I was also getting exhaust fumes in the cab. Not cool but the service department got me going again. I can not hear myself think while driving. How this missed the factory inspection is beyond me.

Oil change service was as scheduled. Service was quickly completed.

Greeted as soon as I drove in by a friendly young lady. Car was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Helpful.

James and the rest of the service team went above and beyond at every step. They even put me in a loaner car of the same make, model and color while my car was in the shop. And communication was A+ level.

The whole process was quick and easy. From check in to checkout. Very friendly staff.

This appointment resolved my issue in a short period of time. Service advisor was personable and professional and gave adequate attention to my concern.
