I have a 2016 Corvette. I called for an appointment and received a 10:30 an appointment on 6/24/2025. I mentioned in making the appointment that I wanted a radiator flush and an oil change with Mobile 1. When I arrived at 10:30am I also indicated that I wanted Mobile 1. I waited for 1 hour and I was informed that the mechanics we going to lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm. I came back at 12:30 and waited until about 2:30pm to 3:00pm when they finished my vehicle. At checkout I noticed that my oil change was with Dexos and NOT Mobile 1 as I requested. I was told that my work order did not indicated Mobile 1. I was offered to have the Dexos drained and Mobile 1 put in the Corvette but I declined. I just wanted to leave at this point. Not sure if I will be back to this dealership.

Oil change, inspection, and tire rotation was completed in under 30 minutes while I waited in the waiting area.
