I'm visiting my parents from San Diego and was trying to assist my Mother in getting a bolt missing from her Toyota's driver's door fixed. Since I found no Toyota dealer's in Jackson, my Dad said to take it to Art Moehn because that is where he bought his Suburban several years ago. We initially talked with Kelly, in the "Collision area" who referred our need to Cory. Cory was able to quickly remedy the problem with finding a bolt that fit and installing it. When my parents asked what the charge was... he replied "nothing - that is what customer service IS for us at Art Moehn". "Just remember us if we can help you in the future. We were thoroughly impressed and I want you to know it DID make a difference and we WILL remember for future needs. Kudos to Cory for taking care of customers in a way that has been lost (especially in this economic situation).

I used Art Moehn's service department for my vehicle recently and want to say what a pleasant experience it was to deal with service writer, Mike Buckland. He took the time to listen to me and then to help find the problem I was experiencing so that my vehicle was fixed right the first time. His overall concern was not only with my vehicle but with my experience and customer service as well. He made sure it worked around my schedule and was done on time as promised. It was a pleasure being a customer at the service department at Art Moehn and I will be returning for routine maintenance as scheduled and would recommend Art Moehn Service Department to anyone!
